What a Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

A standard rental includes the portable toilet units, delivery to the agreed site, placement in an accessible location, and pickup at the end of the rental period. Any servicing schedule or supplies included will be listed in your quote.

You are responsible for providing safe access and telling us about site conditions that could affect delivery or use. Extra units, extended service, hand-wash stations, special placement, or other equipment require a separate agreement.

We do not perform construction, plumbing, wastewater discharge, or site preparation unless those tasks are specifically agreed in writing. Customers must follow applicable sanitation and accessibility rules, including OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 and 1926.51 and, where applicable, the 2010 ADA Standards, Section 213.

Wastewater must be handled lawfully under the Clean Water Act and Georgia Rules for Water Quality Control, Chapter 391-3-6. Septage must go to approved treatment facilities.

Agencies with relevant oversight include the EPA, Georgia EPD, Georgia Department of Public Health, Camden County Environmental Health, and the United States Access Board.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Requests

We arrange delivery, servicing, and pickup dates with you before confirming an order. Share the site address, access instructions, requested dates, expected rental period, and any placement limits when requesting a quote.

Delivery timing may depend on route availability, site access, weather, and the details confirmed in your order. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, extend the rental, or change the service location.

Any cancellation terms or charges that apply will be stated in your quote or order confirmation; no cancellation fee is created by this section alone.

Changes to unit count, service frequency, placement, or rental duration may affect availability and cost. We will confirm any revised scope and applicable charges with you before proceeding.

A scope change means an adjustment to the work or equipment originally agreed upon. We may need to revise timing if a change cannot be accommodated on the original schedule.

Customers must keep the delivery route and placement area accessible and promptly tell us about conditions that could delay service.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment Timing

We provide a quote based on the information you give us, including the unit type and quantity, rental dates, delivery location, and requested servicing. The quote will describe the agreed work and any charges we can identify at that time.

It is not a confirmed booking until you approve the quote and we confirm availability. Ask us to clarify any item you do not understand before accepting.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be provided in the quote or order confirmation. You agree to pay the amounts shown for the approved work by the stated due date.

If you request a change after approval, we will explain any price or scheduling effect and obtain your approval before carrying out that added work. Charges may also change if the actual service requested differs from the confirmed scope, but we will discuss the change with you.

No specific price, deposit, or financing arrangement is promised by this section. Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the approved order.

Service Concerns and Warranty Limits

GA Toilet Rentals aims to provide the delivery, placement, servicing, and pickup described in your confirmed order. If you believe we have not completed an agreed task properly, contact us as soon as practical with the order details and a description of the concern.

We will review the issue and discuss a reasonable response based on the work agreed and the circumstances. These terms do not create a separate written warranty, set a warranty duration, or promise a particular repair or replacement.

Coverage may not apply to problems caused by misuse, vandalism, moving or altering equipment without permission, unsafe site conditions, blocked access, or factors outside our control. Tell us before service if the placement area has hazards or access restrictions.

Any written warranty or service commitment included in your quote or order confirmation will control for that specific work. Nothing in this section changes rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived. Please keep a copy of your order and any related messages so we can review the service details.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent permitted by law, GA Toilet Rentals’ responsibility for a claim arising from the agreed service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, inaccurate site information, blocked access, misuse of equipment, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, including for applicable rights that cannot be waived.

Customers must provide a safe, accessible placement area and comply with rules that apply to their site and use. Relevant requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for general industry sanitation, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, and the 2010 ADA Standards, Section 213, for accessible toilet facilities.

Wastewater handling must comply with the Clean Water Act and applicable Georgia rules, including Chapter 391-3-6. Where septage disposal applies, it must be at an approved treatment facility. These terms do not replace guidance from the appropriate regulators.
